Starting Over Again

It seems like I've spent most of my life "starting over". Each time I've started over, I've learned just a little bit more to add to my knowledge. It would seem like after this many years my knowledge would be full and complete.... but I guess that's not the case! Each time I think I'm done with learning, He shows me I'm just beginning by sending something new to me that I either missed or hadn't discovered yet!

Most of my life, I've been told, "He never gives us more than we can handle." Well, I'm here to tell you that some days I really have to wonder about that. At any rate, I guess I didn't learn enough about my blog because for some reason I'm having to get rid of the "old" and do new.... yep, I'm learning again, Lord.

I certainly hope you'll be patient with my start and stop blogging and rambling about Lord only knows what, and I hope you enjoy my newest learning experience.

Another Day In Paradise

Here we go again.... I know we need the rain, but I'd sure rather have just the rain and NOT the thunder and lightning along with the wind!!

The only "saving grace" is that we have had a few really beautiful mornings.... before the storms hit in the afternoon and evening. We've already had a slight storm, but that's not all they're calling for today, so I'm getting in as much computer time as I can in between washing and drying loads of clothes.

I've added another of my older kits to the site... as soon as I can spend a little time of my own on the computer, I'll get some of my new/newer kits set up and sent to 4Shared so y'all can go and take what you want. Please be kind, though.... if you take a kit, please leave me a little note... even if it's just to say thanks, but your site sucks! LOL

What a day!!


After being up at 2:00 this morning and then going back to bed at 3:40, I got up at 6:30 and did my daily doggy walks... with Sparkie who I'm taking the morning shift for, and for Bubba who I generally walk 3 or 4 times a day, weather permitting. No bike ride this morning, though. Then back home again and off to WallyWorld and Publix. AND... of all things for me to do, I got all the way to the cash register when I realized I had forgotten to bring the check book.... grrrrr!! So back home to get the check book and then back to WallyWorld to run my "stuff" through checkout and pay for it and then on to Publix. I've been home since about 11:05 and have everything put away but the grapes, which I have to wash and put in containers for the fridge and I'm eating my lunch. Not too bad for an old lady, huh? =)

Meantime, here's another kit... hope you like this one... there are about 4 different ways you can do this kit.... it's a nice sized kit. Hope you enjoy it.
